Welcome to 1 Minute to Destress

Here's one of my favorite Qigong

movements called "Heaven & Earth"

It's gentle yet powerful. It calms your nerves

while energizing your body.

      

       

You can do this QiGong movement in less than a minute.
If you'd like more benefits, repeat several times at each practice. Take breaks throughout your day to repeat. When you practice several times a day, at end of the day you'll notice you have more energy and vitality. 

SLOW AND SMOOTH

The movement is very slow and free of force or stress. Be super mindful. Pay attention to the sensations you're feeling in your body. Notice how your muscles are reacting, be aware of the air flow on your face, your arms, and observe your breath.  This is a moment for you to reconnect to your healthful, integrated state of being merging mind into your energy body to feel recharged and renewed.
