CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY

I know things can happen that can impact your scheduled appointment.  I want to work with you  as your challenges arise which is a huge part of this training.  However, I ask you to respect my time and my commitments to you and to reserving this time and space exclusively for you.  

Please note my policies as follows:

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment so we can start on time if you are doing an in-person session.

Lateness Policy

Starting on time is very important.  If you are late for an in-person appointment or a phone session, I reserve the right to shorten the appointment time in order to stay on schedule for other clients or reschedule.  Please always call or text if you are running late.

For phone sessions, I call you within 5 minutes of our scheduled time and I provide the full time necessary.  If you are unavailable, I leave one message and try back within 5 minutes.  If you are unavailable within 15 minutes of our scheduled appointment time, I will deem the session a "no show" and it will be charged accordingly (see below).

Cancellation Policy

All scheduled appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with prior 48-hour notice to avoid being charged 50% of the full regular amount of the session (regardless of gift certificates or any discounts). With less than 48-hour notice, you will be charged the full 100% regular amount of the session. Please understand that when you cancel at the last minute, the reserved spot cannot be rescheduled.  Sessions that are a "No Show" are also charged the full 100% amount.

Once a session is missed, I may request pre-payment prior to any future session.

Your commitment to the process of coaching--and learning new empowering techniques--is critical to your success. You will only benefit from the process with your full participation!
